Sacramento, California, October, 2005 - In direct response to the rapid growth in Munsys sales in the west, Open Spatial Inc. has established a west coast operations center led by Colin Hobson.

Colin is a well known GIS professional with over 15 years of experience and an extensive background in GIS, CADD and database technology, software and customer applications.  Hobson, who has previously taught GIS using ESRI products and more recently spent 8 years with Autodesk in the ISD (GIS) division will take a lead role in Munsys implementations and will actively support Open Spatial's customers and partners.
